Delivery Terms

This table shows you the delivery fees (taxes included) that are applied according to your order amount (excluding delivery fees) and your delivery area.

Working days : From Monday to Friday except public holidays.

Area 1 : Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg
Area 2 : United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
Area 3 : Greece, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Turkey, Maghreb, Spain and Portugal specific territories, other Eastern Europe countries
Area 4 : the United States of America, Canada, Australia, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Russia, Israel
Area 5 : Africa (except Maghreb), Middle East, Americas (except USA and Canada), Oceania (except Australia), other Asian countries

In some country, it is possible that customs duties or other taxes be levied by the local authorities. These fees, if any, will be borne by you and are likely to be requested by the forwarder before or during the parcel delivery.
In most cases, when you refuse to pay those fees, you can refuse the delivery. In these specific situations, please inform us so we can proceed with the parcel’s return and order cancellation and refund.

Orders received from Monday to Friday are usually prepared on the same day or the next working day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are usually prepared the next Monday. Subject to products availability.
